Indy Sira

Founder, Director

The most interesting businesses rarely fit neatly into traditional boxes. They’re usually building the box while scaling it.

I’ve spent the last decade working in-house across media, technology and fast moving commercial businesses where campaigns evolve quickly, partnerships shift constantly and businesses are often growing in real time.

My career has spanned building processes, creating legal structure, supporting teams through growth and helping businesses navigate commercial change, evolving partnerships and operational scaling internationally.

Since then, much of the work has involved helping teams untangle contracts, streamline processes, and bring clarity across campaigns, partnerships and digital risk across start ups, scale ups, PE backed and established businesses across media, advertising, gaming, publishing, e-commerce and digital platforms, supporting founders, commercial teams and in-house legal functions.

The value I bring comes from understanding both the legal side and the commercial reality of how things actually get done.

Today the focus is supporting businesses to protect the value behind the work, so creativity doesn’t just land, it lasts.

Commercial, pragmatic and solutions led. Focused on making legal support feel clear, useful and easy to engage with, not intimidating, overly complicated or full of jargon.
